Vikings linebacker Chad Greenway wasn't a real happy guy last season. After missing four games because of injury, his career looked very close to the end. This year, it's been a different story.
Greenway, 32, has steered clear of injuries and has played in every game.
"(Being healthy) makes things a lot more fun,'' the 10-year veteran said Wednesday. "It's a good year to this point. Obviously, stuff matters now (with the Vikings in the playoff race). I've enjoyed being around this team."
After struggling last season, Greenway took a pay cut from $7 million to $4 million to stay with Minnesota.
