With game time less than 48 hours away, the Minnesota Vikings have released their final injury report, and while there was a little bit of good news on Saturday’s report, it’s balanced out by some pretty bad news.
The good news is that linebacker Eric Kendricks returned to practice on Saturday after sitting out the previous two sessions. He’s listed as questionable by the team, but head coach Mike Zimmer sounds optimistic that Kendricks will suit up on Monday night.
The bad news is that the Vikings will still be down a starter on defense, as cornerback Trae Waynes did not practice on Saturday, not having been cleared after the concussion he suffered in last Sunday’s loss to the New England Patriots, and has been listed as “out” for Monday’s game.
