Everyone in Vikings land knows who Harrison Smith is. After making his first Pro Bowl appearance and signing a massive extension this offseason, the rest of the nation is starting to get to know him as well. According to Pro Football Focus, Smith was the highest rated safety in the NFL last season with a player grade of 92.8.
On the opposite end of that spectrum is the Vikings’ other starting safety from 2015, Andrew Sendejo. Given a measly player grade of 52.0, Sendejo was the 85th ranked safety in the league and the lowest graded Vikings’ starter not on the offensive line.
