Mackensie Alexander, who missed the Vikings’ playoff victory in New Orleans on Sunday because of a knee injury, will have arthroscopic surgery to repair a meniscus tear this week.
That means the four-year veteran from Clemson will miss Saturday’s playoff game at San Francisco and likely any subsequent playoff games.
Alexander, 26, played in 13 games this season and had an interception.
