Jabari Price suspected it would be tough to watch the Vikings play during his two-game suspension, and it was.
The Minnesota cornerback was reinstated to the 53-man roster Monday after being suspended for violating the NFL's Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse.
Price, who plea-bargained a December DWI arrest down to careless driving in April, found it especially difficult watching the Vikings lose 20-3 Sept. 14 at San Francisco, the first game he missed.
"Very tough," he said. "I could have been there (to help), and it hurts. I never in my life had to sit out a game because of disciplinary action, and I never want to do that again.
