The Minnesota Vikings front office has been very active in the community since the Wilf family bought the team in 2005. Since then the team has a whole has been involved in many charities and functions.
Chief Operating Officer Kevin Warren is a great fit with the franchise. Recently, he was awarded with the Inaugural Pioneer Award, but he always enjoys giving back to the community whenever possible.
Recently, Warren and his wife Greta awarded four students with No Doors Closed Scholarships, giving first generation college students a better chance to succeed. Here is the Facebook post from the Vikings including a photograph of the winners with Kevin and Greta Warren:
These scholarships are important to Kevin Warren because he knows not everyone has the money to get a college education, but that means some great students may not get the opportunity to change their lives and support their families.
