With a hole on the depth chart at the wide receiver position, the Minnesota Vikings made a move that many have been expecting for the past couple weeks in order to fill it.
Per numerous sources, the Vikings have added wide receiver Josh Doctson to the 53-man roster, effective immediately.
Doctson was the 22nd overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft out of Texas Christian by the Washington Redskins. He was waived by the Redskins at the end of Training Camp this year, and subsequently signed to a one-year deal by the Vikings.
