Fans of the Minnesota Vikings who attended home games when the Metrodome was still standing could be in for a big of a culture shock when U.S. Bank Stadium open in 2016. In the past, there weren’t many areas for fans to lounge and relax before or after a game, and things got even worse when the gentlemen would enter the men’s restroom to relieve themselves.
Gentlemen used to line up to use a trough to urinate. By the middle of each game, the trough was likely filled with trash and other items along with what was supposed to be in there, so the smell would be overpowering.
