The final steel beam at U.S. Bank Stadium will be put in place on Thursday, September 17, during a “topping out” ceremony. The beam, which will arrive on site on Tuesday, September 15, will mark the next step in the enclosure process. With the steelwork complete, the focus will shift towards the remainder roof and the exterior as the site braces for the Minnesota winter. The stadium is expected to be fully enclosed this November.
Every construction worker that has been involved in the instruction process will have the opportunity to sign the steel beam prior to it being put in place.
