First off, I wanted to start and thank everybody that’s associated with this process. Jamaal Stephenson, our director of college scouting, this was his second year and has done an outstanding job of setting up the logistics and running our meetings; coordinating everything. Coach Zimmer, the coaching staff, and the work and time they’ve put into this process. It’s a great working relationship between our coaches and our scouting department. Tony Sparano and Pat Shurmur did an outstanding job and added a lot of new and different thought processes to what we were looking for at specific positions.
