As the dust settles in the wake of the 2019 NFL Draft, many are praising what the Minnesota Vikings were able to accomplish over the weekend.
By adding 12 new players to the roster, Minnesota general manager Rick Spielman addressed several of the team’s needs in hopes that the 2019 version of the Vikings will be better than the one that missed the playoffs in 2018.
With the draft coming to a close, it’s the unofficial end of the offseason, meaning that teams will have limited ways to upgrade their roster between now and September.
Spielman has done a solid job of checking off his boxes not only through the draft, but in free agency as well and we now have a better idea of how next season’s roster will look heading into training camp.
