EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- Adrian Peterson wasn't the only prominent Minnesota Vikings player to miss practice on Wednesday.
Wide receiver Stefon Diggs sat out with a hip injury, leaving after the stretching portion at the beginning of the Vikings' practice. Safety Harrison Smith also did not practice with the sprained left ankle that's kept him out of the Vikings' last two games, though he was working on the side with athletic trainer Eric Sugarman during the open portion of practice.
Wide receiver Laquon Treadwell remained out with an ankle injury, while guard Brandon Fusco missed another practice because of a concussion.
