Well, folks, our adopted team has not gotten off to the best of starts in the inaugural season of the Alliance of American Football. On Sunday night in Tempe, Arizona, the Salt Lake Stallions fell to the Arizona Hotshots by a final score of 35-22. It was a three-point game at halftime, but thanks to an untimely turnover the home team was able to pull away in the second half.
There were former Minnesota Vikings on both sidelines in this one, and a lot of them had pretty significant impacts on tonight’s contest.
The Hotshots scored first to take an 8-0 lead.
