The Minnesota Vikings are releasing veteran defensive end Brian Robison, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Robison moved into a reserve role last season but still finished with four sacks in 15 games. He has 60 career sacks in 11 NFL seasons, all with the Vikings.
The Vikings drafted Robison in the fourth round (102nd overall) of the 2007 draft.
