EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- The Minnesota Vikings will be without two of their defensive starters in their home opener on Sunday night as they try to get the better of Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.
Defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd, who's been bothered by knee issues since he had a piece of cartilage removed from his left knee last season, won't play on Sunday, coach Mike Zimmer said. Cornerback Xavier Rhodes will also miss the game after injuring his right knee during warmups last Sunday.
