Schefter: Tampering rulings likely to come down this week

WARNING: This story contains a picture of Kirk Cousins.

A short time ago, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that the National Football League is expected to announce the results of the tampering investigations that they are conducting into the Atlanta Falcons and the Philadelphia Eagles for actions they took during this year’s NFL free agency period.

The Eagles are being looked at for potentially tampering with former New York Giants’ running back Saquon Barkley before signing him, but we don’t care about that one. The one we care about is the Falcons’ case, where they appear to have tampered with quarterback Kirk Cousins while he was still a member of the Minnesota Vikings.
