Since 2011, Brian Robison has been one of the most dependable players on the entire Minnesota Vikings roster. The defensive end has only missed one game in the past six seasons and he has been an important part the Vikings’ recent defensive resurgence.
His statistics are not at an All-Pro level, but ask any player or coach in Minnesota and they will gladly talk about how valuable Robison is to the team’s success on defense.
A few weeks ago, he and the Vikings agreed to extend his contract until 2019. But recently, Robison told Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press that his NFL career will likely be over when his current contract with Minnesota comes to an end.
