Last week, I put together my opinion on which members of the Minnesota Vikings the team should be prioritizing for long-term contract extensions. It appears there’s another player that would like his name added to the list for consideration.
Nick Easton, who was the Vikings’ primary starter at left guard in 2017, has told the St. Paul Pioneer Press that he would like a long-term deal hammered out with the team before the season starts. Easton signed his restricted free agent tender offer during the offseason, and will be playing in 2018 for a salary of just under $3 million.
