When news broke last week that Minnesota Vikings running back Roc Thomas would be suspended for the first three games of the 2019 NFL season, we noted that he had an uphill battle ahead of him to make the roster. That has changed as of today.
Not because his path to the roster got easier, but because he’s been booted off of the hill entirely.
The Vikings have waived RB Roc Thomas, per source. He was recently suspended three games by the NFL.

ESPN NFL reporter Field Yates is reporting that the Vikings waived Thomas on Monday, just a few days before the start of Training Camp.
