Looking to add some more playmakers to their offense this offseason, the Minnesota Vikings opted to select South Florida wide receiver Rodney Adams with a fifth-round pick in last spring’s NFL Draft.
Adams was a touchdown machine during his final two seasons at South Florida. As a junior and a senior, the receiver found the end zone an impressive 27 different times. Minnesota hoped that his touchdown habits in college would carry over into the NFL.

During the preseason, Adams had a few bright moments. In four games, he caught nine passes for 73 yards and two touchdown.
