With the trade deadline approaching, it seems logical to speculate on the Minnesota Vikings potentially shopping spare-part wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson.
But according to a report from PFT you can stop your speculation because Patterson isn’t going anywhere.
Citing a league source, Mike Florio says the Vikings intend holding on to Patterson even though he has become an after-thought in their offense.
Once touted as a potential superstar after being taken in the first round of the draft, Patterson has seen himself fall behind fifth-rounder Stefon Diggs, seventh-rounder Charles Johnson and even UDFA Adam Thielen on the depth chart.
