This time of year, many teams such as the Minnesota Vikings make transactions to ensure they can have the most talent group of players possible attending their training camps in hopes of finding a diamond in the rough that slipped through the cracks of the draft process or another team’s evaluation process.
Minnesota announced two transactions on their official Twitter account today, revealing that the team has waived quarterback Wes Lunt and signed linebacker Noor Davis to participate in training camp activities.
Davis is a 22 year old who was born in Davenport, Iowa. He played his high school football in Leesburg, Florida before moving on to play at the college level as a member of the Standford Cardinals.
