Scott Crichton will finish the 2015 season on the shelf after being placed on injured reserve following a concussion/neck injury suffered during last Thursday’s game in Arizona.
Replacing Crichton on the 53-man roster is DE Zach Moore, a former Concordia St. Paul player who was signed to the Vikings practice squad earlier this year.
The 6-6, 280-pound Moore was originally drafted in the sixth round by the Patriots in 2014. He was cut by the Patriots at the end of this year’s training camp.
Moore played in eight games for the Pats in 2014 and notched 1/2 sack.
