EAGAN, Minn. -- Vikings rookie left tackle Christian Darrisaw is set to return to practice on Wednesday, according to coach Mike Zimmer.
The first rounder missed all of training camp after undergoing a second surgery in early August to repair a core muscle injury. By Zimmer's estimation, Darrisaw has only practiced four times since the Vikings drafted him 23rd overall in April.
The Vikings plan is for Darrisaw to participate in individual drills on Wednesday.
"We will just have to see how he progresses," Zimmer said, who called the situation with the rookie "an unknown.
