Minnesota Vikings ready to move in to U.S. Bank Stadium

It’s that time. U.S. Bank Stadium has officially received its certificate of occupancy from the City of Minneapolis according to Scout.com and the Minnesota Vikings can start moving into their new home for the 2016 National Football League season.

The last two years, the Vikings have played their home games at The Gopher Hole at TCF Bank Stadium, where the University of Minnesota play their games. As many folks will remember, especially those who went to some of those late year games, TCF Bank Stadium is an open-air stadium, and things got very cold for everyone in attendance.
