During the 2018 NFL season, the Minnesota Vikings were very disappointing. An offense full of talented playmakers struggled to make plays and fans blamed quite a bit of that directly at quarterback Kirk Cousins.
There are some aspects of Cousins game which need to be addressed. His ball security was an issue at times with nine fumbles this year. Plus, he threw the second most pick-six interceptions on the season with three, behind only Arizona’s rookie quarterback Josh Rosen.
Despite that, the quarterback actually put up very solid numbers. Cousins passed for 4,298 yards with a career-high 30 touchdowns and ten interceptions during his first year in purple and gold despite being sacked 40 times.
