The owners of the Minnesota Vikings are well known for their history of success in the real estate market. It’s that kind of knowledge that they have brought to the new Minnesota multi-purpose stadium. In fact, the Wilf family has been continuously pumping money into the new facility.
But, as lucrative as the real estate market can be, it can also be very dangerous and litigious. Lawsuits can fly out of nowhere in that industry, and while some of them have merit, others aren’t quite as substantial. Vikings owner Zygi Wilf found himself as the defendant in a lawsuit recently regarding one of his transactions in New Jersey.
