Minnesota Vikings former players in Super Bowl 50

On Sunday, February 7, 2016, the biggest game in football will be played. This year, the NFL is celebrating Super Bowl 50, and it will feature the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers fighting for the right to be named the World Champions.

In the game, there will be some Minnesota Vikings players who will be fighting for a Super Bowl ring. And although these players weren’t able to make the big dance with the boys in purple, there is still no reason to root for them on Sunday.

Here are the three players from the Minnesota Vikings who will be playing in Super Bowl 50:

  • Kurt Coleman, safety – Carolina Panthers: As a player who spent just four months with the Vikings, Coleman was released on August 31, 2014.
