After adding a bunch of players to the injured reserve list over the past couple of days, the Minnesota Vikings have started filling the open roster spots. More surprisingly, for the second time in two days, they’ve added a fullback to the roster.
On Tuesday, the Vikings claimed fullback Luke McNitt off of waivers from the Atlanta Falcons. He joins incumbent fullback C.J. Ham and the Kobe McCrary, the former Golden Gopher who signed with the team yesterday.
McNitt, who played his college football at the University of Nebraska, went undrafted this past April and signed with the Falcons on 1 May.
