Week 2 brought a tough challenge to the Minnesota Vikings. The obstacle in question is taking on the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field in a contest that would determine an early favorite for the NFC North.
The game seemed like it was going to be a blowout early. Minnesota couldn’t move the ball while Green Bay marched down the field three times top open up a 21-0 lead but the Vikings defense tightened up and turned the game into a close affair.
Sadly, the Vikings offense struggled to capitalize on defensive adjustments that seemed to frustrate Green Bay and Minnesota was unable to get the divisional road win which would have been a huge comeback for the purple and gold.
