We have completed the first quarter at AT&T Stadium, and the Minnesota Vikings have been on fire thus far, taking a 14-0 lead over the Dallas Cowboys.
The Vikings won the coin toss and deferred to the second half, giving the Cowboys the football first. Dallas moved the ball a little bit on their first drive, but stalled out and elected to attempt a 57-yard field goal, and Brett Maher pushed it well to the left, giving the Vikings the ball near midfield.
Minnesota wasted no time getting into Dallas territory on a screen pass to Dalvin Cook, and Kirk Cousins connected with Cook again for an even bigger catch-and-run on the next play.
