It’s already pretty cold in the Twin Cities, and a former head coach of the Minnesota Vikings has taken a step to make sure that some of the area’s underprivileged children will have something to keep them warm.

Mike Tice, who was the head coach of the Vikings from 2002 to 2005, has just announced that his foundation has donated $5,000 to the Minneapolis Fire Department in support of Operation Warm.
