Before the 2019 season began for the Minnesota Vikings, cornerback was believed to be one of the deepest position groups on the team’s roster.
But over the past few months, the Vikings’ corner depth has become a bit of an issue. Mike Hughes missed Minnesota’s first two games of the year, Holton Hill is currently in the middle of serving an eight-game suspension, and Mackensie Alexander suffered a significant elbow injury during the team’s Week 1 victory over the Atlanta Falcons.
Well, after Hughes returned to the field last week, the Vikings could see their cornerback depth improve even more before their matchup against the Chicago Bears on Sunday.
