Lunchbreak: Adrian Peterson's Top Moments in Purple

Vikings General Manager Rick Spielman on Thursday announced during a conference call with reporters that Minnesota does not plan to re-sign Adrian Peterson. Spielman said that Peterson “is probably going to go down as one of the greatest Minnesota Vikings in team history.”

As a follow up to Thursday’s news, Andrew Krammer of the Star Tribune took a look at some of Peterson’s top moments in Minnesota. Krammer first listed the Oct. 14, 2007 game at Chicago. He wrote:

As a rookie, Adrian Peterson had a couple of 100-yard games at home, but his statement to the league came during his first trip to Soldier Field.
