Like most Minnesotans, Linval Joseph spent his Saturday morning fishing one of the state’s 10,000 lakes.
Unlike most Minnesotans, Linval Joseph fished Mille Lacs Lake with the state’s top public official, Gov. Mark Dayton.
Joseph and Dayton, along with Minnesota youth, fished Mille Lacs Lakes Saturday morning to promote the lake’s status after it was recently named the best bass fishing lake in the country by Bassmaster Magazine.
In May, wide receiver Isaac Fruechte participated in the 70th Annual Minnesota Governor’s Fishing Opener in St. Cloud.
