MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Minnesota Vikings fans are mourning a legend. Matt Blair died Thursday at the age of 70.
The Vikings drafted him out of Iowa State in 1974 and he played all 12 of his NFL seasons in Minnesota.
Blair played linebacker and had more than 1,400 career tackles, the second-most in team history.
He is one of only about two-dozen players in the Vikings Ring of Honor.
