Linebacker Emmanuel Lamur is just two days into training camp with the Vikings, but the offseason free agent signee said Chad Greenway’s enthusiasm is already rubbing off on him.
“I like how he comes to practice with a purpose,” Lamur said. “That gets me amped up, and a lot of guys in the linebacker room as well.”
Lamur joined Cincinnati as an undrafted rookie in 2012 when Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer when Zimmer was the Bengals defensive coordinator. The 27-year-old said he and Greenway complement each other as they battle for playing time on a stacked defense.
