Following their signing of high-priced defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson earlier this month, the Minnesota Vikings had to make a tough decision when they opted to release veteran wide receiver Jarius Wright.
Well on Friday, the Vikings added a different Mr. Wright to their receiving corp when they agreed on a deal with free-agent pass-catcher Kendall Wright. Terms of the contract are unknown at this point but Wright did make $2 million in 2017 with the Chicago Bears.
As a member of the Bears last season, Wright led the team in catches (59) and receiving yards (614).
