Minnesota Vikings head coach, Mike Zimmer, came out this week and gave star running back Adrian Peterson an ultimatum — play for us or don’t play at all. The logic behind the move makes total sense. Peterson is the best running back in the NFL, and the Vikings aren’t willing to release him, and allow him to go sign with another team, possibly affecting the team’s playoff chances. If the Vikings truly understood the situation, the team would realize that it’s possible that Peterson’s presence could do more harm than good.
