Mike Zimmer announced to the media Wednesday morning that cornerback Josh Robinson has returned to practice.
Robinson remains on the PUP list for the time being but there is still a chance he could be activated from the list ahead of this weekend’s game vs. Detroit.
Under league rules, the Vikings have a five week window to activate Robinson, so there’s no particular reason why they would need to activate him at this time.
If/when the Vikings do decide to remove Robinson from PUP they will have to clear a spot on their 53-man roster by cutting someone.
