MINNEAPOLIS -- As the Minnesota Vikings continue ticking along, winning their first five games despite the loss of four offensive starters, it's easy to forget, if only for a moment, that Teddy Bridgewater, Adrian Peterson, Matt Kalil and now Andre Smith are on injured reserve.
