According to Matt Vensel of the Star Tribune, Minnesota Vikings safety Harrison Smith was a full go in at least one practice last week. Smith had been recovering from offseason ankle surgery and doesn’t appear to have suffered a setback.
Despite being hampered down the stretch by his ankle injury, Smith strung together his third consecutive year in the top-10 graded safeties. His 85.4 overall grade was the lowest since 2013 but was still good for 10th among 90 eligible safeties.
Smith was again dominant against the run, as he has be for most of his career.
