The former Vikings legends recently joined 17 other members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame for a weeklong trip to Israel that was sponsored by Patriots Owner Robert Kraft.
The historic goodwill trip by members of different religions was called “Touchdown in Israel: Mission of Excellence” and provided the opportunity for the players to see how football has grown in Israel, interact with residents and visit historic sites to learn more about the region’s history and meet the country’s current leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
