It’s game day! Yes I know it’s a preseason game but that doesn’t mean I don’t get excited watching our favorite football team in action. We should get a longer look at this years starters as it’s the all important third preseason game™. I always cook something on the grill on Vikings game days, tonight we’re having venison burgers with homemade salsa, guacamole, chips, corn on the cob and a salad before kickoff. Also important to the Zylstra Mafia™ our guy is getting his first action this preseason. In the meantime, while we’re waiting impatiently for the kickoff of tonight’s game we’ll continue with our daily thread full of beer recommendations, nap strategies, crock pot and smoker recipes.
