MINNEAPOLIS -- As the Minnesota Vikings began the process of trying to remake their offensive line for the second offseason in a row, general manager Rick Spielman dove into a deep study of how the league's best lines are built.
The conclusion he reached was fairly intuitive -- "Most of the guys that become successful are going to get drafted early," Spielman said -- but it resonated particularly because the Vikings haven't invested many high picks in the position they're again looking to fix.
