Former Minnesota Vikings receiver Matthew Hatchette currently has a podcast with Terrell Owens.
With their final selection in the 1997 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings decided to take a chance on a wide receiver from a small school in Oklahoma by the name of Matthew Hatchette.
Hatchette ended up earning a spot on the Vikings roster in 1997 and he went on to appear in 16 games during his rookie season.
Thanks to having guys like Cris Carter, Randy Moss, and Jake Reed ahead of him on the depth chart though, targets were pretty hard to come by during his time with Minnesota.
