Former Vikings Offensive Coordinator Joins the 49ers

The 49ers have been in the market for a new offensive assistant coach ever since Bobby Slowik left the team to become the offensive coordinator of the Houston Texans under new head coach and former Niners defensive coordinator DeMeco Ryans. Per a report from Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, it seems that San Francisco has found their guy in former Vikings offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak.

Kubiak got his coaching career started in college as an assistant coach with Texas A&M. He spent the 2010-12 seasons as an offensive assistant coach with the Aggies before joining the Vikings staff in 2013 as an offensive quality control coach.
