During his time with the Minnesota Vikings, defensive end Jared Allen was one of the NFL’s best when it came to bringing down the opposing quarterback. In six seasons with the Vikings, Allen racked up a total of 85.5 sacks, including 22 in 2011.
Given that it was something that he excelled at during his career in the league, the former Minnesota defensive end has a lot of useful knowledge when it comes to rushing the passer. Recently, he shared some of his pass-rushing tidbits with members of the Tennessee Titans.
Since Allen currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, he reached out to new Titans head coach Mike Vrabel to ask if he could stop by the team’s facilities and help out with their pass rushers.
