The 2013 season was certainly not one to remember for the Minnesota Vikings. A 5-10-1 record and the NFL’s worst defense led to the Vikings firing head coach Leslie Frazier following the team’s final game against the Detroit Lions.
One of Minnesota’s most infamous moments from 2013 came from their Week 7 matchup against the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. The Giants ended up coming out with the victory, but much of the Vikings’ failures that night were due to the play of quarterback Josh Freeman.
Freeman completed just 20 of his 53 passes for 190 yards and one interception against New York.
