EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- The Minnesota Vikings got some good news on Thursday as they continued to look for a return to form from their top-ranked defense.
Linebacker Eric Kendricks, who did not practice Wednesday after sustaining a hip injury during a collision with Anthony Barr last Sunday against the Washington Redskins, was back on the practice field as a limited participant on Thursday. So was cornerback Captain Munnerlyn, who missed last Sunday's game with a right ankle injury. Cornerback Terence Newman, who didn't practice Wednesday because of an illness, also returned in limited fashion.
